Caseless Couplers
Johanson Manufacturing Corporation 90' Hybrid, Dual Directional and Bi-Directional lines of coupler components with superior insertion loss and VSWR at frequency ranges from 30 MHz - 8 Ghz with power handling from 50W - 1000W. They are available in 2 different PCB mounting styles, tab version and surface mount version. JMC also has the capabilities to design and manufacture customized couplers to meet your unique electrical or mechanical specifications for both commercial and military applications.
Variable Inductors
With an overall height of only 0.350", these variable inductors are ideal for applications where low-profile circuit boards & high Q values are essential. The coils and PTFE cores are made to precision to guarantee a constant winding pitch and consistent relationship to the printed circuit board. Tuning is done by means of threaded PTFE and Non-Magnetic Copper Alloy core. JMC can provide custom variable or fixed inductors for any applications upon request. All Johanson Variable Inductors are RoHs compliant.

Based around our Thin-Trim capacitors, Johanson's Cera-Trims are designed for use in harsh environments. The ceramic housing and color-coded epoxy seal protect the capacitor from solder fluxes and cleaning solvents. In use, the housing continues to protect the trimmer and provide rugged reliability.

Thin-Trim® Trimmer Capacitors
Our Thin-Trim capacitors are ideal for applications where size and performance are most critical. These single-turn capacitors exhibit remarkable electrical characteristics for their small size. Useful up to 2 GHz, these trimmers are perfect for low-profile applications.
Seal-Trim® Trimmer Capacitors
Our Seal-Trims are also built around the Thin-Trim capacitors. These capacitors are encased in a high performance polymer housing that is wave solderable and protects the trimmer from contamination.
